The forests of Trás-os-Montes and Minho are among the richest mushroom habitats in the Iberian Peninsula. Local foragers collect porcini (Boletus edulis), chanterelle (Cantharellus cibarius) and saffron milk cap (Lactarius deliciosus) by hand during autumn. Slow-dried at low temperature to preserve their intense aroma and flavour. No additives, no blends — single-variety batches only.
