Who processes your data

What we collect

We collect only what you send us through the contact form: name, email address, company (optional), the product you are writing about, whether you are a customer or a producer, and the content of your message.

The server briefly uses your IP address to limit submissions per hour and stop automated sending. That record is held in memory and disappears when the service restarts — it is not stored in a database and is not attached to your message.

We do not collect payment data. We do not build behavioural profiles and we do not run targeted advertising.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use your data to reply to you and to act on your request or order. The basis is the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

The temporary use of your IP address rests on our legitimate interest in protecting the form against abuse — Article 6(1)(f).

Who we share it with

Messages sent through the form are stored in Notion, a service of Notion Labs, Inc. (United States), acting as our processor.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States), which also provides visit statistics. Those statistics are aggregated, use no cookies and do not identify visitors.

We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for marketing.

Transfers outside the European Union

Both providers above are established in the United States. Transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, on those providers’ participation in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for [POR PREENCHER — prazo de conservação, ex.: 24 meses], after which they are deleted.

Where a message leads to an order, invoicing records are kept for the ten-year period required by Portuguese tax law.

Cookies

This site uses a single cookie, PARAGLIDE_LOCALE, which remembers the language you chose so we do not ask again. It is a functional cookie, lasts about 400 days and does not identify you.

We use no advertising or behavioural analytics cookies.
