Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 2026-08-29
Draft — this document is not yet complete. The seller's identification and commercial terms are still to be filled in, and until then it has no legal effect.
Who we are
[POR PREENCHER — nome completo do titular], tax number [POR PREENCHER — NIF], at [POR PREENCHER — morada fiscal completa]. Contact: hello@feitoria.net.
Scope
These terms apply to the sale of products through this site.
We sell for delivery in Portugal only. We do not accept orders for delivery to other countries.
Products and information
The products shown come from small producers in Northern Portugal. The formats, shelf life and seasonality on each page are those given to us by the producer.
Images and descriptions illustrate the kind of product. These are natural products: colour, size and aroma vary from harvest to harvest.
Prices and orders
At this stage the site is a catalogue: there is no online payment. Orders are placed by message, through the contact form.
An order is confirmed only once we send you a confirmation with the final price, shipping cost and delivery time. Until you receive that confirmation, no contract of sale exists.
Payment
[POR PREENCHER — meios de pagamento aceites]
Delivery
[POR PREENCHER — prazos de entrega e custo dos portes]
We deliver within Portuguese territory only.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, under Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014 of 14 February.
To exercise it, tell us in writing at hello@feitoria.net within that period.
This right does not apply to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, nor to sealed goods which, once opened, cannot be returned for health-protection or hygiene reasons — which covers, among others, the fresh products in our catalogue.
Legal guarantee of conformity
Products carry the legal guarantee of conformity under Portuguese Decree-Law 84/2021. If a product does not match what you ordered, or arrives damaged, write to hello@feitoria.net with a photograph and we will put it right.
Complaints
You may file a complaint through the Portuguese electronic complaints book at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
In a consumer dispute you may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body. The competent body is [POR PREENCHER — entidade de resolução alternativa de litígios competente].
Governing law and prevailing version
These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
These documents are provided in four languages for convenience. In case of divergence, the Portuguese version prevails.
