The Castanha da Padrela IGP is one of Portugal's most recognised nut products. Grown at altitude in granite-rich soils, these chestnuts develop a unique sweetness and dense texture. Used in fine patisserie across Europe, they are available fresh in autumn, dried year-round, and as vacuum-packed peeled.
