Our mountain honey comes from small apiaries nestled in the protected landscape of Gerês National Park. The diverse wildflower flora — heather, lavender, rosemary, and chestnut blossom — gives this honey its complex, aromatic character. Harvested once a year in late summer, cold-extracted and never pasteurised.
