Made in small batches using fruit grown in the producer's own orchards and surrounding countryside. Each jar contains a minimum of 65% fruit with no artificial preservatives, colours or flavours. The quince jam (marmelada) and fig varieties are particularly sought after by Portuguese cuisine enthusiasts across Europe.
